| Something Green: Wedding Favors Despite what the old song says, it's actually pretty easy "being green" when it comes to weddings. From your invitations to the selection of venue, the gown, the catering, and even the florist, there are so many earth-friendly choices. Our lavender is now available in elegant glassines as well as our standard sachets, and we also make our popular lip balm favors in recyclable tins with compostable favor bags and earth-friendly bows! All of our Green favors can be decorated with your choice of recycled paper tags in a wide variety of designs.
The best part is that each purchase is also a donation! We will donate 5% of our Green Wedding Favor sales to The Nature Conservancy, whose "mission is to preserve the plants, animals and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive." Lavender Glassines
Our lavender glassine favors are 1/8 ounce of lavender packaged in square glassine envelopes. Personalized with recycled paper tags, you may choose from our lavender designs (see below) or specify any of our other designs to coordinate with your event. $1.95 for sachet envelopes; minimum of 10 for personalization, please. |

Lavender Sachet
In recent years, the traditional wedding toss of rice (to promote a fruitful and prosperous life) has been replaced by birdseed, and the most recent twist to this tradition is the lavender toss. Lavender buds are about the same size as rice, are wonderfully fragrant, and are environmentally friendly! Our personalized lavender sachets contain plain lavender buds packaged in organza bags. Each bag contains approximately 1/4 ounce of lavender buds with no additional fragrance added. A personalized, recycled tag is tied onto the ribbon closure. Guests may choose to toss the lavender, or save the sachet as a keepsake. Sachets are also great favor choices for bridal showers. Each organza bag is $2.50; minimum order of 10, please. Something Green Lip Balm Favors
Our lip balms have always contained natural ingredients like sweet almond oil, beeswax, and shea butter—and have never contained petroleum or preservatives—but our Something Green lip balms go a step (or two) further. All of our Something Green lip balms are flavored with essential oils and natural flavors, and contain no artificial flavors or colors. They are hand-poured into recyclable tins, then packaged in 100% biodegradable cellulose bags and embellished with earth-friendly ties and recycled tags. Choose from five flavors, recycled paper tag options, and options for ribbon ties in the shopping cart. Each wrapped, personalized favor is $4.25, minimum of 10, please.
