Do You Offer Free Samples? We would love to be able to send free samples, but this is simply not possible for the volume of requests that we receive. We do prepare sample favors if you would like to test or to see the quality before placing a larger order. Contact us directly if you would like to arrange for standard postal shipping for these samples instead of Priority Mail. We also offer product samplers with smaller sizes of lotion and body wash along with a lip balm. |

Can I order just your tags or labels? (I don't want the favors.) We have gotten some inquiries lately about ordering our tags and labels separately. At this time we are unable to process orders for custom print work separate from our favors. The notecards and invitations are the only print pieces we offer separate from the favors. |

I don't need that many...do I have to order 10 favors? There are no minimums on our standard products, but at this time our minimum order for personalized items is 10 pieces. We understand that some events are small and want to accommodate them, but we must also charge a small fee to cover our costs for personalization. A minimum order allows us to do this. For those who simply want a few special favors, we are happy to do this and charge a separate personalization fee--please contact us for details. |

Do you do wholesale? We appreciate your interest in our products! We do not currently offer products at wholesale prices, and we don't have any plans to offer wholesale in the near future. Product Availability--When will my order ship? Most of our products are made to order; please allow at least three days for us to create your products before they are shipped. We will contact you after you place your order to provide an estimated ship time. With shipping time included, most orders will require at least a week to arrive. Check out our in stock lip balms page to see what is currently available; these balms can usually ship within 24 hours (does not apply to personalization). Please let us know if you are purchasing for a special occasion or event; we can often accommodate a rushed schedule (see next topic for details). |

Rush Orders We try to be as accommodating as possible for customers working within a tight schedule. We have many lip balms in stock which can usually be shipped within 24 hours if no customization is required. If your event is fast approaching and you'd like customized favors, please contact us. We can tell you right away if we can fill your order. We will require payment in full before beginning work on your rush order. Please note that if you are planning for an event that is less than a week away, it may be necessary to use expedited shipping, either through Express mail (USPS) or FedEx. Priority shipping does not provide a guaranteed delivery date; the ship times are estimated times, not guaranteed. The only way we can guarantee delivery by a particular day is to use Express or overnight shipping. This is now a shipping option that you may choose when checking out. See our shipping information below for more details, and talk with us for an estimated delivery date for your order. Please note that if you choose Priority shipping, we will not refund orders that arrive too late for your event. |

Personalized Items We have created thousands of personalized favors for weddings, bachelorette parties, showers and other events. We LOVE adding personal touches to create the perfect favors or gifts for your special occasions! At this time we require a minimum order of only 10 pieces for personalization. This helps us to cover the cost of our custom design work. Personalized products will often require additional time to complete. Payment Options All orders must be prepaid; we are not able to extend credit to customers at this time. Orders placed on our website are processed by PayPal, which accepts a variety of credit cards as well as check payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal for a credit card transaction. See below what your checkout screen will look like and where to click if you don't have a PayPal account.
We understand that some customers may not be comfortable providing their credit card information online; we can also take credit card orders over the phone or via fax. Please contact us by phone or email with your order details. NEVER send your credit card number or any personal identification in an email. |

Shipping Our shopping cart is set up to charge shipping fees to the US only. We use the US Postal Service Priority mail and Express mail services. Priority Mail will be handled the same way that your regular mail is deliveredwhich could mean delivery on a Saturday, in your mailbox, outside your door, at the gate, in a mailing room, or returned to the post office if there is no one to accept it. Please understand that we can't tell from your address what type of home you have and where or whether your package will be left outside if there's no one home to accept it. We also can't know if your package is likely to be taken by someone else if it is left outside by the postal service. We request delivery confirmation service from the Postal Service on every package we send, which means that we receive notice that they have scanned your package at delivery. We don't use the signature confirmation or insurance services unless they are requested, simply because the majority of customers want the lowest shipping charges possible, and want their packages delivered when they are not home to accept them. If your package is likely to be taken if it is left out at deliveryor if you want to make sure your package is delivered directly to youplease contact us to request signature confirmation and/or insurance. If you choose not to purchase insurance or request signature confirmation, we will consider delivery confirmation as evidence that you have received your package. We will not offer replacement or refund on packages which are recorded as delivered. Prices for shipping are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method you choose, as well as the weight of the items in your package. |

International Orders We do occasionally ship outside the US; please contact us for more information. Our shipping charges will not include import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package comes into a foreign country. Since we can't predict the type or amount of charges, these additional fees or penalties for VAT, customs clearance, etc. must be paid by the customer upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office for further information about the fees associated with international purchases and shipments. |

Return Policy We want our customers to be happy with our products, but to protect your safety we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reasonor if we have made an error when packing your orderplease contact us immediately. We will correct our errors, issue a replacement or refund, or find another reasonable solution. Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive any items which appear to have been damaged in shipping. If you are ordering items in a rush for an event, please review our rush orders and shipping information above and choose the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in a timely fashion. We make every effort to accommodate your schedule, but we can't guarantee rushed delivery by a particular date unless you contact us about availability and request Express shipping. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for products which don't arrive in time if you choose the standard shipping method (Priority mail). |

Product Ingredients We realize that our customers may want to "check the labels" before purchase to see what's in our products, so we are including product ingredient details here. If you have allergies, please read the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Those of you who are allergic to nuts, for example, should not use our products which contain nut oils. Some of our products contain preservatives and others (those with jojoba spheres, and some of our lip balmssee more details of lip balm ingredients on our flavors page) contain artificial colorings; some people are sensitive to these substances. We use them in minute quantities, but as with any product, use your own judgment when purchasing and using. Please consider spot testing the products if you often have sensitivities, and discontinue use of any product if you notice irritation or rash. -------- Body Lotion: Deionized Water, Helliantus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Soja Hispida (Soya Bean) Oil, Capric/Capryllic Triglicerides, Emulsifying Wax NF, Stearic Acid, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Juice, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Camellia Sinensis (Japanese Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Cetyl Alchhol, Glyceryl Monostearate, Carbomer, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Disodium EDTA; also contains fragrance and/or essential oils. Bath Gel: water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, xanthan gum, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, magnesium chloride & magnesium nitrate; also contains fragrance and/or essential oils, as well as jojoba spheres (see below). Colorants/Lip Balms (see our balm ingredient details for listing of colorings in each flavor): Essential Oils: Oils extracted from plant materials, most often by steam distillation but also by cold pressing (in case of many citrus oils). Cold pressed citrus oils can cause photosensitivity, so it is recommended that products containing these oils not be used when you are sunbathing or tanning. The following essential oils are used in our products: Fragrance Oils: Cosmetic-grade oils blended from essential oils and other fragrance components. Hand Cream: deionized water, vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil, persea gratissima (avocado) oil, capric/caprillic triglicerides, emulsifying wax NF, glyceryl monostearate, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), aloe barbadensis (aloe) leaf juice, stearic acid, retinal palmitate (vitamin A), ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), ergocalciferol (Vitamin D), tocopherol (Vitamin E), silk amino acids, vegetable glycerine, sorbeth-40 (sorbitol), cyclomethicone (silicone), methyl cellulose, allantoin, diazolidinyl urea, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, disodium EDTA,, PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, and fragrance/essential oils. Jojoba Spheres: contain hydrogenated jojoba wax. Some colors also contain chromium hydroxide green, yellow 5 lake, manganese violet, red 6 lake, and ultramarine Lip Balm: Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Beeswax, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Fruit, Vitamin E; also contains flavorings and/or essential oils. May contain colorings (see above for details of colors) Sugar Scrubs: sucrose, helliantus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil, beeswax, isopropylparaben, isobutylparaben, butylparaben; also contain fragrance and/or essential oils, fruit seeds, or jojoba spheres (see above for details of these ingredients). Vitamin E: Tocopheryl Acetate, added to our lip balms for antioxidant properties and to extend shelf life. |

Product Testing and Safety Our final products have not been tested on animals, but they have been used by lots of volunteers, including kids! Our ingredients are all food and/or cosmetic grade. We use preservatives in several of our products to extend the shelf life as well as to protect the health of our customers. We can make versions of our lip balm flavors which do not contain citrus essential oils if you are concerned about photosensitivity. Please contact us for details.
