How can I customize packaging? Do you have any minimums? When you order lip balms with our standard labels and no decoration, there is no minimum. Lip balms can also have custom labels, custom tags, or custom labels AND tags. (Click here to see examples of sample tags and labels.) We currently require a minimum order of 10 pieces for personalized favors. |

| Can I choose the color of my favor bows? Absolutely! See the color chart below with all of our tulle colors (followed by the color names). When you select the type of favor you'd like, this chart will also appear during checkout so you can select your color. |

| How do I provide my text or additional information?
As you're placing your order, the shopping cart will prompt you to provide your order details, including quantity, flavor, label and tag design, and tulle color. If you change your mind after you've placed an order and you want to make a change, don't worry! We ALWAYS get in touch with you about your custom order shortly after we receive it!! You're welcome to e-mail us directly with any questions or concerns. |

| Can I see what my labels/tags will look like before they are shipped?
We always provide a draft copy of your personalized labels and/or tags via e-mail or on our sample tags and labels page. We want to make sure you're happy with the design and that we have all of the details (colors, dates, phrases, spellings) correct. | Can I order just the tags or labels? I don't want the favors.
We've had several inquiries about our tags and labels, but at this point we are unable to process orders for customized print work. Our labels and tags are specially designed for our favors and we don't sell them separately! We appreciate your interest and apologize for any inconvenience. |
